And, you know, I seem to recall Shrubya criticizing Clinton when gas prices got high, saying that if Shrubya was President, he'd call up his oil buddies and have them lower the prices. So... he's president. Why hasn't he called up his oil buddies and got them to lower the prices? Could it be... he was lying all along?
