Outrage-O-Meter: Broken Long Ago

Hmmm, aren't judges supposed to read the cases brought before them?

How do you measure the success of a prohibition?
Over the years, drug warriors from William Bennett to John Walters to Karen Tandy (as well as the current DEA website) have defended the efficacy of alcohol prohibition. All three have called the experiment a "success," and the notion that it failed a "myth."

Why would they say that? The fact that Prohibition was repealed alone ought to say something about its "success."

But Bennett & Co. insist alcohol prohibition was a success because it reduced alcohol consumption...
The drug war is stupid. There are better ways to reduce drug use and prevent deaths.

Forced Pregnancy, Forced C-Sections. These perverted men don't want women to have control over their own bodies.
