I did my required 30 minutes of crosstraining yesterday, but I was a bit foolish about it. I kept delaying until I realized I had exactly one hour in which to exercise, take a shower, get dressed, and eat lunch before going to work. It made the ride on the exercise bike more stressful than it should have been (and incidently meant I didn't watch a video while riding because I didn't want to take the time to move the bike).
Today I need to get a 3 mile walk in. I also have a book waiting at the library. How convenient. Maybe I'll to the loop, maybe I'll mix things up a bit and do the trail and hit the library on the way back. It all depends on the weather and on timing.
