McGavick Lied?

The Seattle PI reports that McGavick lied about details of his arrest for DUI years ago. He claimed it was a yellow light (it was red) and said he wasn't arrested (he was). In addition, he blew a 0.17 on the Blood Alcohol test 83 minutes after he was arrested. Whoa. It's a wonder he didn't pass out before he could get to his car to drive and try to kill people.
