Oil Prices Drop...

...just in time for the election. Hmmm... what was it Shrubya said when he was running for President? Oh yeah, that he would call up his oil buddies and ask them to lower oil prices. Apparently, realizing that his party was in danger of losing the election because people are peeved about oil companies record profits while they can't afford to fuel up, Shrubya did just that. Expect prices to jump again just after the election.
