Osama Runs Our Country?

Osama bin Laden is making our foreign policy decisions now, according to Shrubya. To sum it up: even though Shrubya claims that Osama is unimportant that that Shrubya is just not concerned about him, Shrubya then says we must stay the course in Iraq because to pull out would please Osama. Therefore, de facto, Osama is in charge of our foreign policy.
